General Information
Hawaiʻi State Department of Education (HIDOE) is responsible for archiving student permanent records of former HIDOE students. HIDOE now offers a convenient and secure website for former students, K-12 Districts, attorneys and corporations to request transcripts, student records and graduation verifications online.
Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student records are only available to those with authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.
IMPORTANT
Not all HIDOE schools participate in online record requests. Please review the below school lists. If the necessary school is not listed, please contact the school directly.

Important Information:
- All student records/information requests will be submitted and paid online using a credit, debit card, or Amazon payment.
- If you are a K-12 institution or a government agency, please contact the school directly.
- Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page containing the Order Tracker link. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via an email from scribOnline@scribsoft.com. You can also access the Order Tracker at the top of the page. You will enter your email address and order number to access the Order Tracker.
- Please allow 10 business days to process student records orders.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

The Department does not provide duplicates or copies of diplomas. Once the original diploma is awarded, students can request a copy of the high school transcript from their alma mater that reflects the graduation date and the diploma number.
